Our Training Requirements
Transition Community Services ensures that training equips staff with skills in and knowledge of various subject areas critical to resident safety and well-being, including: emergency preparedness, clients’ rights, detecting abuse and neglect, communication skills, and (as appropriate) assisting with medication. Staff training, knowledge, and skills are essential to good home care services.

The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) offers free mandatory training courses
